Starting around 2 weeks before Christmas, there was a flurry of activity around town. Shops were decorating their doors and windows, and every other day a Christmas tree popped up. On the sea front the palms were wrapped in lights, and Santa, a sleigh pulled by an elf, and some enormous Christmas decorations were deposited…all with signs stating “Danger, high voltage” attached to them.
