Build between the 11th and 18th centuries, the Grand Church, the Small Church, and the Temple of Saint Sava, make up the Serbian Orthodox Monastery complex just before you reach Herceg-Novi. Wandering around the Monastery grounds was pretty interesting, with the various tombs and headstones in amongst the greenery, and lofty views down the Bay of Kotor. We didn’t have time to look around Herceg-Novi on this trip, but plan to get there before we leave the area.
