A few days before Valentines Day, we noted a section of dock had been anchored inside the marina. There was a large flower crafted out of metal which had a “flaming” center. We think it was for the special Valentines weekend planned at the Regent Hotel. Unfortunately the restriction’s tightened and no celebration occurred. Someone did a lovely job with the art installation though!
