Kastella Marina was located between Trogir and Split. It was more reasonable than the downtown Split Marina, with direct access to the bay.
Kastella was a popular charter boat base, and there was significant carnage around after the very busy change over day.
As is often the case the wind picked up to 20 knots when we arrived, but we had heaps of space with most of the charter fleet out. The boat and crew got a good scrub down, and then we “Ubered” off to the lamb restaurant which was 20 minutes away in the hills past Kris. This place had come highly recommended by another cruising couple we met in Porto Montenegro.
